EZ+ Rewards is EZPAWN’s rewards program which allows you to earn EZ Points when you pawn, redeem, sell, or purchase at one of our pawn shops.
Now you may be wondering if EZ+ rewards has a cost. The answer is no. There are no fees or costs associated with opening an EZ+ account! You can enjoy all the benefits of the account for free!
What are the benefits of having an EZ+ Account?

- Track your EZ Points balance & transactions – From the app, you can view your transactions and track your EZ+ Points and Reward Balance earned.
- Monitor your pawn tickets & layaways – Never miss a payment again! View and pay on your active pawn loans and layaways from anywhere at any time. And to make it even “EZer,” you can store your payment information for future use and convenience.
- Extend your pawn tickets – Extend multiple pawn tickets at one time (**pawn extension availability and options vary by state).
- Redeem Rewards – Once you’ve accumulated enough EZ Points, you can redeem them to enjoy discounts on future purchases. It's a win-win situation where you can save money while indulging in your favorite pawn shop finds.
- Promotions & Offers – At various times throughout the year, you can earn bonus points with our limited-time offers and enter for a chance to win giveaways (only available to EZ+ members).
How can I enroll in EZ+?
It’s as EZ as visiting a store, speaking to a Team Member and then signing up, no transaction required!
A Team Member will send you an invitation to open an EZ+ account via email or text message. After you’re enrolled in EZ+, you can start automatically earning EZ+ Rewards by transacting. Then you can redeem points on future transactions.

How to Earn EZ Points?
There are many ways to earn EZ+ points*:

*Points are credited to your EZ+ Rewards account within 48 hours after the transaction has occurred. Points are not awarded in fractional amounts and the cost of each transaction will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar amount for the purposes of Point conversion. Points are earned by the customer consummating the transaction and are non-transferrable. Your Points are personal to you and cannot be shared, transferred, sold or assigned to any other person. Points are not earned for transactions in which payment is made with Rewards. If you split payment between you and another customer, you receive Points only for your portion of the payment. Points are earned on the sales price of layaway transactions; however, no points are earned for layaway fees or restocking fees.
From time to time, we may offer you additional opportunities to earn Points, such as through completion of surveys or participation in other programs or promotional event. The Company may also establish promotional events in which the number of Points earned is increased for certain transactions for certain limited periods of time. The number of Points earned for these Point opportunities may vary and certain conditions may apply. Check the materials or rules provided for details.
How to Redeem EZ Points?
Once you meet the minimum threshold of 500 EZ Points, you’ll have $5 in EZ Rewards to spend in store! Redeem your Rewards on any retail purchase or final layaway payment.

Once you link your EZ+ account to the EZ+ app website, this is where you can learn how to easily manage your pawn tickets and layaways within it. Let's dive into some of the most popular FAQs! Let’s start with managing your transactions the EZ way!
How Can I See My Pawns And Layaways From My Existing EZ+ Account?
To view your active pawns and layaways quickly and easily, you should create an account on our EZ+ app. If you have an active pawn, please follow these steps:
- Locate the QR code on your pawn ticket or use the personalized URL from your receipt to begin.
- After consent, you will receive a text message with a link.
- To join the EZ+ program, enter your email for account creation, set up a password, accept the terms & conditions, and a link will be sent to your email.
- Verify your email and link your transactions by tapping "Sign into EZ+".
- Once your account is verified and linked in the EZ+ app, sign in to view rewards, pawns, and layaways directly from the app.
After completing these steps, you should be set up and able to view your pawn loans and layaways from the EZ+ app!
How Can I See My Pawn Ticket Details?
Within the EZ+ app, you will be able to see active pawn tickets you have with any of our EZPAWN family of brands’ stores in the United States.
- Log into your EZ+ account here
- Go to the “My Pawns” page to see the list of your active pawn tickets and the description of the items you pawned, the due dates, the balance, and more

How Can I Extend My Pawn(s) From My EZ+ App Account?
If you are already managing any existing pawns from your EZ+ app account, you can extend* one or multiple pawn tickets by following these simple steps:
- Log into your EZ+ account
- Go to “My Pawns”
- Select one or multiple pawn tickets to extend
- Select the new due date or the number of days for which you want to extend **
- Input your debit card details and save your payment information for the next time!
If the payment process is successful, the app will also notify you so you don’t need to wait for a receipt. Nonetheless, you will receive the “Memorandum of Extension” by email.
Note that you can't use your EZ+ app to pay for your pawn ticket(s) in full; you will need to do this at the store where the pawn was created. Our Team Members will process your last payment and return the pawned item(s) to you.
How Can I See My Layaway Details?
Within your EZ+ app account, you will be able to see any active layaways you have with any of our EZPAWN family of brands’ stores in the United States.
- Log into your EZ+ account here
- Go to “My Layaways” page to see the list of your active layaways and verify your balances, payment history, future payments, due dates, and more!
How Can I Pay My Layaway(s) From The EZ+ Account?
If you are already managing your Layaways from your EZ+ app account, you can make partial payments for your layaways by following these simple steps:
- Log into your EZ+ account
- Go to “My Layaways”
- Select the layaway for which you will make the payment
- Select the value to pay
- Input your debit or credit card details - If you’ve done this step before you can save your payment information.
- If the payment process is successful, you will receive your payment receipt via email.
Please note that you can't use your EZ+ app account to pay for your final payment in layaway(s); you will need to do this at the store where you made your layaway(s). Our Team Members will process your last payment and give you the item(s) you purchased.
Why Can't I See My Pawn Tickets Or Layaways From My EZ+ App Account?
The EZ+ app only displays active pawns or layaways. If your pawn or layaway is past due and you don't see it, then chances are that your contract is no longer active and therefore it will not appear in your EZ+ app account.
If you have confirmed that your contact is still active and you have already linked your EZ+ account (by signing in with a valid email address and a password), then the next step is to reach out to our support desk for assistance.

When you email us, it will be very helpful if you can include the pawn ticket number or layaway number for the contract in question so we can help you better.
